Microfirm is a fictious name (dba) registered in Florida by Don Latshaw in 2003. Projects in Florida are mostly online applications with a dynamic website.

Prior to moving to Florida, Don operated Microfirm in Oregon for 10 years also doing custom software development for a variety of clients including many small businesses, the state of Oregon and the Portland VA Hospital.

Don's prior experience  includes the design of hardware and software as well as general manager for several high tech companies.
